Core A: Administration

Core A is responsible for the organization, coordination, and administration of the activities of the KU CMLD Legacy Center. This includes ensuring that the facilities are appropriately equipped, monitoring progress of individual projects, overseeing of the scientific cores, convening meetings for the researchers and the external advisory committee, administering the budget, and coordinating outreach.

thomas_prisinzanoThomas Prisinzano, who has been a professor at the University of Kansas since 2007, maintains an active research program. His research combines natural product isolation and medicinal chemistry and is focused on identification of novel agonists and antagonists at CNS receptors from natural sources.
